Welcome to Real Food Outlaws!
Sarah Outlaw is the voice behind Real Food Outlaws. She began her journey to natural over 17 years ago when her first child was about 2 years old. She began researching the safety of the personal care and cleaning products she was using after her daughter developed a rash on the back of her legs every time she sat in the bathtub. She realized that the products that she was using on and around her daughter were toxic and began switching to safer products.
From then, Sarah’s journey expanded into researching vaccine safety, food safety, and alternative healthcare. She became a Certified Health Coach in 2006, began studying herbs, and opened her own Eco-Boutique, 90210 Organics in 2007. In 2009, Sarah moved from California to New Jersey and dove into herbal medicine. She had been struggling with her own health issues including miscarriages, severe PMS symptoms, acne, and fatigue through the years and really wanted some answers. She studied to earn her Master Herbalist Certificate and then went on to study nutrition more in-depth, earning her Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College, Advanced Nutrition Response Testing℠ Certificate, and practicing Nutrition, Herbalism, and Nutrition Response Testing℠.
Sarah lives on a 6-acre farm/animal rescue with her husband in NJ, and is mom to four children. She is currently the owner of Natural Health Improvement Center of South Jersey, which is one of the largest nutrition practices in New Jersey. She also runs a satellite office, Natural Health Improvement Center of Des Moines. She wants to help change the lives of others the way her life was change through better health. She is an advocate of getting back to natural, as much as possible.
