Welcome to our second weekly meal plan post! I am so excited to bring you 6 days worth of meals that you can choose from, mix and match and adapt to fit your family’s needs. I leave Sunday’s as an open day because many families have a traditional meal they prepare for that day. I gather recipes from all over the blogosphere. Most are from myself and other Village Green Network bloggers but some are from other awesome bloggers that I enjoy.

I hope you find this useful whether you are stuck in a meal rut of just want some new ideas for meals. 

Monday:

Lunch –  Baby Broccoli Salad

Dinner – Stuffed Acorn Squash

Lunch – Heavenly Salmon Patties

Dinner – 17 Bean & Barley Soup

Thursday:

Lunch – Simple Russian Salad

Dinner – Herbed Roasted Chicken with Vegetables

Friday:

Breakfast – Cinnamon Maple Pecan Granola with yogurt or Grain-Free/Gluten-Free Buckwheat Apple Granola

Lunch – Spinach Taco Salad Wraps

Dinner – Ratatouille

Saturday:
