Water kefir is my favorite popsicle base. It’s so easy to use because it’s already made! (Learn how to make water kefir here.) Fruit pops made with pieces of sliced fruit are incredibly quick and easy to make and so pretty!
Choose a few of your favorite fruits, wash and slice them. Add them to popsicle molds. (Buy popsicle molds here.) I used all organic strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, watermelon and kiwi.
Fill each mold with water kefir. Put in the popsicle stick and freeze for at least 4 hours. Run popsicle mold under warm water briefly to loosen from popsicle.
Take pictures of your creation!! It is hot so I had to take my pictures really fast! I still had some melting going on.
