Summer is a huge deal around here!!! It gets hot and humid in New Jersey so we often reach for cold popsicles to help cool us off. The ingredients in conventional popsicles make me cringe! Food dyes, high fructose corn syrup, GMO’s….not so cool!
Here’s a popsicle recipe that not only contains fresh fruit and nothing bad for you, but it is also made with water kefir or kombucha for an extra probiotic punch!
