Yay! It’s May! Still hoping for some warm weather here in the Northeast. I’m still in a sweatshirt and Uggs!
This week’s meal plan is mostly grain-free. I’m nursing some compromised adrenals due to my travel and work schedule over the last few months and need to take some time to get them back on track. You will see eggs in there this week but that is for your benefit. I am not eating eggs either…I’m more GAPS Paleo…temporarily.
The recipes I use for my meal plans are gathered from fellow bloggers. I haven’t made them all yet. If you see any questionable ingredients, know that I replace them with real food ingredients if I make them.
