Welcome to a new Real Food Weekly Meal Plan for the week of 3/1 – 4/4!

There are only 5 days of meals this week instead of the usual 6. I’m not sure what to put down for Saturday so I left it off this week. It’s a free-for-all!

We are moving closer to spring foods but the weather is still not cooperating. We still have the woodstove burning at night and look forward to hot soups and hot beverages. I will be happy to welcome spring when it decides to arrive! 🙂



Breakfast – Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Lunch – Sprouted Deviled Eggs with Bacon

Dinner – Herb Roasted Chicken with Vegetables


Breakfast – Grain-Free Waffles

Lunch – Sausage & Bean Soup with Swiss Chard

Dinner – Zucchini Noodles with Ginger & Tomatoes


Breakfast – Berry Yogurt Breakfast Muffins

Lunch – Apple-Poppyseed Coleslaw

Dinner – Chicken & Pasta Primavera


Breakfast – Beet & Strawberry Smoothie

Lunch – Salmon & Egg Salad

Dinner – Vegetable Stir Fry


Breakfast – Gluten-Free Golden Grahams

Lunch – Kale & Quinoa Bowl

Dinner – Italian Sausage, Peppers & Onion Hoagies

    Just a question as to why you choose to eat meat. I’m not saying you should be a vegetarian but seeing as you are a defender of real foods and natural living, why not opt out of eating meat?
