Welcome to our Real Food Weekly Meal Plan for the week of 3/24 – 3/29!
I’m not sure what the weather’s like where you are but we had a warm, “teaser” day and now the forecast is calling for more know this week! I don’t know about you, but I am soooo ready for spring!
On the menu this week you’ll find delicious, budget-friendly meals that are nutrient-dense. Most are grain or gluten-free with a few exceptions. I know some of us have restrictions, but not everyone does so I try to give a variety of recipes when I can.
Monday
Breakfast – Grain-Free Granola with Coconut Milk “Yogurt”
Lunch – Tuna Bake
Dinner – Slow Cooker Chicken Stew
Tuesday
Breakfast – Soaked Oatmeal
Lunch – Red Lentil Coconut Soup with Garam Masala
Dinner – Skillet Chicken with Mushroom Cream Sauce
Wednesday
Breakfast – Bacon Chard Feta Cheese Quiche or Veggie Crustless Quiche with Sausage
Lunch – Blood Orange Salad with Tangy Vinaigrette
Dinner – Beef Short Ribs with Paleo BBQ Sauce
Thursday
Breakfast – Nutty Fruit Salad
Lunch – Stuffed Red Cabbage Rolls
Dinner – Healthy Hamburger Helper – Cheeseburger Spaghetti Squash
Friday
Breakfast – Smoothies
Lunch – Organic Chips and Mango Salsa
Dinner – Baked Chicken Salsa
Saturday
Breakfast – Stir-Fry Vegetables and Eggs
Lunch – Sprouted Lentil Salad
Dinner – Buffalo Chicken Wing Pizza (grain-free)
