Welcome to our Real Food Weekly Meal Plan 12/15 – 12/21! We are jam packed with recipes and bonuses to make your week a little more streamlined.

Many of these recipes are grain free, some are not. Remember, my family eats real food, not necessarily all grain-free or gluten-free. We eat a more traditional diet, though I am currently avoiding wheat and oats while I heal my adrenals. 

There are 6 full days of meals plus a bonus dinner on Sunday. There is a short rib recipe that was too good to not put in! I’ve added a great salad roundup and some delicious dessert and winter drink bonuses as well.
