This may be my best meal plan compilation yet! I found some delicious recipes for you guys this week!
It’s a busy week for me as I prep for another Advanced Clinical Training exam and class. My amazing husband will be taking a few days off to hold down the fort at home. He’s a great cook so I don’t have to worry about the kids’ nutrition at all. I am very thankful about that!
If you are new to grain-free eating, I highly recommend looking into alternatives to bread like almond flour, coconut flour, yucca, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, etc. Learning how to use these will help you not miss bread ever again!
