Welcome to this week’s real food meal plan! I am moving my blog to be virtually grain-free, Paleo, and Primal because that’s how my family eats now. So, the meal plans are now called Real Food Grain-Free.
You still may see a few traditionally prepared grain recipes here and there (like for the Wondermill Challenge) but I’ve fallen in love with grain-free cooking and prefer it to grains that really haven’t been friendly to me lately.
