Real Food Grain-Free Meal Plan 6/9 - 6/14 | Real Food Outlaws

Welcome to this week’s real food meal plan! I am moving my blog to be virtually grain-free, Paleo, and Primal because that’s how my family eats now. So, the meal plans are now called Real Food Grain-Free. :)

You still may see a few traditionally prepared grain recipes here and there (like for the Wondermill Challenge) but I’ve fallen in love with grain-free cooking and prefer it to grains that really haven’t been friendly to me lately.

Monday

Breakfast – Grain-Free Banana Muffins

 

Lunch – Kale, Goat Cheese, & Grape Salad

Dinner – Roasted Lamb Chops with Rosemary, Mint, & Thyme

Tuesday

Breakfast – A Healthy Smoothie with Almonds

Lunch – Summer Salad

Dinner – Grain-Free Salmon Patties with Sour Cream

Wednesday

Breakfast – Fluffy Crustless Quiche

Lunch – Spicy Ginger Dill Salmon Salad

Dinner – BBQ Cocoa Chili Burgers

Thursday

Breakfast – Tropical Smoothies

Lunch – Spring Salad with Asparagus and Honey Chipotle Vinaigrette 

Dinner – Slow Cooker Cherry Balsamic Chicken

Friday

Breakfast – Paleo Savory Breakfast Cookies

Lunch –  Zucchini Avocado Lemon Soup

Dinner – Grilled Lemon Oregano Chicken

Saturday

Breakfast – Smoked Salmon & Egg Stuffed Avocados

Lunch – Strawberry Spinach Salad

Dinner – AIP BBQ Chicken Pizza
