Meal Plan Monday September 9th-14th



I decided to start something new and see how it goes! Every Monday we will publish a weekly meal plan featuring my favorite recipes from across the real food blogosphere. They’ll go from Monday to Saturday since Sundays are usually a traditional family meal day for most folks. This one is going out a little late in the day but you can always mix and match recipes. Enjoy!

Breakfast: – Sourdough Pancakes or Perfect Coconut Flour Pancakes

Lunch: – Heirloom Tomato & Avocado Sandwich with Creamy Herb Dressing

Dinner: – Pesto Chicken & Summer Veggie Penne



Breakfast – Frittata 

Lunch – Wild Rice & Arugula Salad

Dinner – Marinara Cod



Breakfast – Oven Breakfast in a Ramekin

Lunch – Avocado Tomato Tuna Salad

Dinner – Burgundy Pepper Lamb Kabobs



Breakfast –  Soaked Granola or Nutty Granola (grain-free)

Lunch – Quinoa Tabbouleh

Dinner – Easy Creamy Spinach Salmon


Deconstructed Hamburgers

Breakfast – Banana Fritters

Lunch – Apple Chicken Salad

Dinner – Deconstructed Hamburgers


Peaches n cream

Breakfast – Peaches ‘n Cream Overnight French Toast

Lunch – Einkorn, Strawberry & Goat Cheese Salad

Dinner: – Sourdough Pizza or Perfect Primal Pizza

    Now i’ll have to check your blog before grocery shopping every week when I’m doing my meal plan so I can see what amazing suggestions you have 🙂
    We had deconstructed hamburgers for dinner last night. Hubby complained when he saw it on the table, but after he started eating – he loved it! Plus he loved that he didn’t have to stand outside in the heat at the grill when he got home….but his ‘bed’ of lettuce was more like a garnish…ah, well! One battle at a time 🙂
