Grain-Free Weekly Meal Plan 4/6 - 4/11 

It’s finally spring, and I have some big news!

Monday is the Grand Opening of my new Nutrition Response TestingSM office! I’ve been very busy over the last month preparing the space and getting ready for the transition. It’s going to be a haven for health and wellness in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area. I’m so excited!

This new venture doesn’t leave a lot of time for blogging so I will be keeping things pretty simple around Real Food Outlaws for awhile. 

Back to food! This week, I’ve included simple, springy meals to usher in the warm weather. More time outside means less time to be in the kitchen, so quick and easy is a must. Most of these recipes can be put together fairly quickly so you’ll have more time to get out and enjoy the sunshine!

Lunch – Mermaid Abundance Bowl

Dinner – Turkey Avocado Wraps

Thursday

Breakfast – Green Plantain Pancakes

Lunch – Chicken Vegetable Salad

Dinner – Paleo Seafood Chowder

Friday

Breakfast – Savory Paleo French Skillet

Lunch – Creamy Spring Greens Soup

Dinner – Sausage, Potatoes, Onions, and Cabbage

Saturday

Breakfast – AIP-Friendly Paleo Plantain Waffles

Lunch – Pepperoni Pizza “Pasta” Salad

Dinner – Quick and Easy Paleo Taco Skillets
