Lemon Sourdough Pancakes

I was very excited to be chosen to receive a free Wondermill Grain Mill and take the Grain Mill Wagon Wondermill Challenge! I am writing a series of three recipes using flour freshly ground in the Wondermill for their blog.

The first recipe is a variation of the sourdough batter I regularly use. Lemon is a favorite flavor in our home and Lemon Sourdough Pancakes are quite delicious! They remind me of summer!
