It’s very exciting to bring you all a fresh meal plan every week! There are so many delicious, grain-free recipes out there that it is sometimes difficult to choose which ones to feature. I try to go for the most seasonal and varied bunch so that those with food sensitivities can still find plenty of choices for the week.
It’s Farmer’s Market and CSA time! That means that there is plenty of fresh veggies for all. This is the best time of year to go grain-free. “Paleo” in reality is a plant-based diet that uses meat for its protein source. The main food group consumed though is supposed to be vegetables. Fats are important as well, perhaps even more important than the protein for some. Personally, I eat more fats than protein. That’s what my body thrives on. Avocados are my favorite source of good fats.

Breakfast – Lentil with Cucumbers, Chard and Poached Egg (or skip the egg)
Lunch – Turkey Thai Basil
Dinner – Egg-Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust
