Good Morning! It’s a new week and that means an all new grain-free weekly meal plan!
There is a lot of food here this week! I don’t expect anyone to need to make every single recipe for every single day, but I provided a lot of variety so there is a good pool of recipes to choose from.
This meal plan is pretty budget friendly. If you get a large whole chicken, you may be able to stretch it through the other chicken dishes for the week (depending on how big your family is).
Soups are in as the temperatures drop and the body craves warmth. They are easy to make and a great way to get b0ne broth into you. Not everyone is a fan of drinking cups of bone broth (here’s my favorite way to enjoy a hot mug of broth in the morning), so soups make it simple and painless.
My kids still love smoothies even though it’s cold, so I oblige them and make them a couple of times a week. I always put some veggies in even if the recipe doesn’t call for them. Adds more fiber and nutrition.
