Spring is coming! I can feel it!

Welcome to a brand new grain-free weekly meal plan. We are starting to thaw out here in the Northeast with hopes for a big warmup to launch us into spring! 

I keep looking outside expecting to see herbs poking through the snow…I know, I’m a little eager. 😉

This last stretch of winter can really leave you feeling stressed and weary. How are your adrenals this week? Have you taken time out to relax and do something fun? Are you taking care of yourself? You need too! Keeping your body rested and nourished is key to staying healthy during the change of seasons. 

Monday

Breakfast – Take Me Away Green Smoothie

Lunch – Simple Beef Pho

Dinner – Lemon Chicken Parmesan with Artichokes and Spinach

Tuesday

Breakfast – Spring Asparagus and Fennel Saute

Lunch – Spiralized Cucumber Dill Salad

Dinner – Dairy-Free Baked No-Tato Soup

Wednesday

Breakfast – Apricot Seed Bars

Lunch – Paleo Broccoli and Ham Salad

Dinner – Paleo English Muffin Hamburgers

Thursday

Breakfast – Savory Paleo French Skillet

Lunch –Mason Jar Salad

Dinner – Dinner in a Bowl (I use Caulirice)

Friday

Breakfast – Salad for Breakfast

Lunch – Pad Thai Salad

Dinner – Grain-Free Salmon Nuggets

Saturday

Breakfast –  GAPS Intro Pancakes

Lunch – Holy Guacamole Salad

Dinner – Loaded Paleo Nachos
