Welcome to a brand new week of grain-free meal plans!

I am fresh off a plane from Clearwater, Florida where I was attending my last installment of Advanced Clinical Training for my Master Clinician Nutrition Response Testing®Practitioner’s certificate. I graduated last night after logging close to 300 clinical hours on location in Florida and a couple of thousand clinical hours in my practice. I look forward to all that my office will continue to be able to do in the world of holistic healthcare.

This week, we are focusing more on warming foods as we move into the cooler weather months. We try not to tax our bodies too much with tons of raw food or smoothies. Instead, we eat more soups, stews, steamed veggies, etc. Eating this way helps the body stay in a healing mode…and warm!

Wednesday 

Breakfast – Breakfast Burrito Bowl with Sweet Potato Noodles

Lunch – Creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Dinner – Hidden Liver Meatloaf

Thursday

Breakfast – Sweet Potato Skillet

Lunch – Cauliflower Chowder

Dinner – Moroccan Shepherd’s Pie with Sweet Potato

Friday

Breakfast – Egg-Free Breakfast Bowl

Lunch – Paleo Asian Fried Rice

Dinner – Primal Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Saturday

Breakfast – Grain-Free Sweet Potato Waffle Breakfast BLT with Garlic Basil Aioli

Lunch – Deconstructed Gyro Salad

Dinner – Paleo Chicken and Broccoli
