Grain-Free Weekly Meal Plan 11/30 – 12/5

Grain-Free Weekly Meal Plan 11/30 - 12/5

Welcome to the first meal plan of December!

As we wrap up another holiday week and month, and look forward to a new one, you’ll see many repeat ingredients in the recipes used for this week’s grain-free meal plan. This is on purpose as the market is plentiful with fall produce. If you are like me and try to eat in season, this meal plan will appeal to you. If you don’t like Brussels Sprouts or squash, you may be disappointed. :)

One of the great things about this meal plan is that you can stock up on very few ingredients and save money. Be sure to go through each recipe that you want to make and get all of the ingredients ahead of time. Many of the recipes can be made the night before.

Enjoy!
