Welcome to an all new, fabulous grain-free weekly meal plan!

This past week I had grand plans of getting 3 brand new posts up for you all. Where did the week go? I apologize for the lack of new material lately. I had a miscarriage in December and really feel like I lost my blogging mojo for awhile. I decided to take the rest of December off and restart fresh in January. It’s been a SLOW start!

I know so many depend on these meal plans and I am excited to bring them to you each week! I also have some really fantastic book reviews coming up for you where I get to share a sample recipe from each. I personally LOVE those!

Many of us are in New Year’s Resolution, detox, cleanse mode. I’ve added some smoothies, plenty of salad, and nourishing soups to this meal plan. In the winter, the body wants warming foods but it’s been warm except for this week so this body has been really wanting vegetables. Feel free to change things around to suit you. 

Most smoothies I tend to skip because I don’t eat a lot of fruit. If you are fine with fruit, go ahead and keep those in your meal plan. 

Monday

Breakfast – Strawberry Mango Citrus Smoothie with Kombucha

Lunch – Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup

Dinner – 3-Meat Paleo Lasagna

Tuesday

Breakfast – Oven Baked Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Lunch – Roasted Mushroom Cauliflower Rice Salad with Spinach, Oranges, & Olives

Dinner – Macadamia Crusted Chicken with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Wednesday

Breakfast – Liver Cleansing Detox Smoothie

Lunch – Black Friday Digestive Salad

Dinner – Mushroom Ravioli with Cream Sauce and Crispy Sage

Thursday

Breakfast – Sweet Carrot Zinger Smoothie

Lunch – Cold Broccoli Salad with Peppers

Dinner – Roasted Cornish Game Hens

Friday

Breakfast – Paleo Granola

Lunch – Cream of Artichoke & Kale Soup

Dinner – Garlic and Ginger Beef with Broccoli 

Saturday

Breakfast – Crispy Grain Free Pistachio Waffles

Lunch – Secret Ingredient Guacamole

Dinner – Paleo Chicken Piccata

    Oh Sarah, my prayers go out to you for a full recovery in all areas. I am so sorry to hear your news. Glad you are back and I am glad to be back to your blog too. I live in south Ocean county,nj. I am a mom of five.spaced interestingly apart, 28,26,25,23, and a wonderful 6. Married 31 years and very happy. I would love to be more self sustaining, but can’t seem to grow anything but weeds,lol.
