This past week I had grand plans of getting 3 brand new posts up for you all. Where did the week go? I apologize for the lack of new material lately. I had a miscarriage in December and really feel like I lost my blogging mojo for awhile. I decided to take the rest of December off and restart fresh in January. It’s been a SLOW start!
I know so many depend on these meal plans and I am excited to bring them to you each week! I also have some really fantastic book reviews coming up for you where I get to share a sample recipe from each. I personally LOVE those!
Many of us are in New Year’s Resolution, detox, cleanse mode. I’ve added some smoothies, plenty of salad, and nourishing soups to this meal plan. In the winter, the body wants warming foods but it’s been warm except for this week so this body has been really wanting vegetables. Feel free to change things around to suit you.
Most smoothies I tend to skip because I don’t eat a lot of fruit. If you are fine with fruit, go ahead and keep those in your meal plan.

Breakfast – Crispy Grain Free Pistachio Waffles
Lunch – Secret Ingredient Guacamole
Dinner – Paleo Chicken Piccata
