Welcome to this week’s grain free meal plan!
There’s been a chill in the air most of this week and I’ve already been wearing my favorite sweater around the house. I want to say, “say it ain’t so” but honestly I am just a wee bit glad it’s fall. I know. Not what you expect to hear from a summer lover like me! I really enjoy fall foods!
It’s time for squash, beef stew, cranberries, pumpkin, apples, and baking!
We are starting to transition to more warming foods, but haven’t quite let go of all summertime foods just yet.
If you’re new here, this is a grain-free meal plan that I put together weekly with recipes from my favorite bloggers. I went grain free for health reasons last year and loved it so much that I’ve decided to stay that way.
I include breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for each day but realize that many people, including myself end up eating leftovers for a few meals a week. I encourage that, so feel free to save some of those lunch recipes for another time. 🙂
