Welcome to Real Food Outlaws’ Grain-Free Weekly Meal Plan!
This week I find myself digging through boxes searching for warmer clothes as the air gets cooler and cooler, and the leaves start to change. I haven’t quite made the switch in my head from summer to fall and I still have availability of some summerish vegetables.
I bought fire logs yesterday which means I’m cold! Warming foods will soon be a staple and we will have less and less raw veggies and salads day to day. Soups, broths…those will take center stage within a couple of weeks.
In t he meantime, enjoy this eclectic mix of recipes that still bring in the summer harvest and mix it up with what early fall has to offer.
Breakfast – Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Breakfast – Grain-Free Apple Cinnamon Bread(can make the night before)
Lunch – Smokey Grilled Chicken with Zucchini Ramen Noodles (can be a dinner)

Lunch – Paleo Salad
Dinner – Chick-Fil-A Rival Chicken Strips
Breakfast – Spinach Quiche with Bacon Sweet Potato Crust
Dinner – Paleo Taco Pie
Breakfast – Baked Dippy Eggs with Bacon
Dinner – The Best Sloppy Joes Ever
Breakfast – Vanilla Cake Batter Waffles with Fig Maple Syrup (modify recipe and use regular coconut butter)
Lunch – Creamy Butternut Squash Soup
Dinner – Chelo Kabobs & Cucumber Yogurt Salad
