It is my
job pleasure to make the garlic bread for Sunday dinner at my Parents’ house. I take it very seriously! This recipe is my favorite way to make garlic bread. Fresh garlic is the key to this simple addition to any soup or meat dish. Any type of bread can be used.
All you need is some bread, fresh garlic, sea salt, olive oil, and paprika (smoked paprika is quite lovely too). Toast the bread in the oven until the top is slightly crispy. Remove from oven and rub fresh garlic on to each slice. Sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt, and paprika. Serve.
It’s delicious dipped in tomato sauce with the wonderful Italian meal my Mother makes or with the Herb-Roasted Chicken with Roasted Vegetables that we eat almost weekly!
