Welcome to our weekly meal plan! I am posting a day early this week because I have something else planned for Monday!
This week I thought I would highlight some autumn-inspired soups and stews, and some crock pot meals. I don’t know about your family, but mine gets really busy this time of year! I’d like some simpler meals this week to free up time for more fall fun and activities.
Some of the breakfast recipes are repeats because we really like to get as much of the pumpkin pancakes while pumpkins are in season as we can!
As always, our meal plan runs from Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, most families have their own traditions and meals that they like to prepare so we leave that day up to you.
Just a note on how we eat. My family does not have any food allergies but we do sometimes eat paleo, grain-free, vegetarian, etc. Sometimes we eat traditional Weston A. Price type food. The bottom line is that it’s all real food, wholesome and healthy.
Breakfast – Pumpkin Smoothies
Dinner – Autumn Harvest Stew
Breakfast – Easy Puffy Oven Pancakes
Lunch – Paleo Pad Thai
Breakfast – Food Hippie Granola
Lunch – Simple Crock pot Beef Burritos (can use beef from last night’s dinner)
Dinner – Herb Roasted Chicken with Vegetables
Lunch – Chicken Immu-Noodle Soup (use leftover chicken from last night for this soup)
Dinner – Zesty Shrimp Creole
Breakfast – Avocado Boats with Scrambled Eggs & Bacon
Lunch – Carrot-Apple-Ginger Soup
Lunch – Chicken Curry
