     Weekly Meal Plan 107

    It’s real food meal plan time again! This week it’s a hodgepodge of recipes that I thought looked appetizing and not too difficult. We’re eating seasonally as always so you’ll see things like pumpkin, butternut squash, and apples, soups, stews, and chili.

    Our menu plan is Monday to Saturday. I leave Sundays as a free day because many families have their own traditions for that day. 

    There are a few extra dinner options this week in just in case you either want a crock pot meal, a meatless meal, or something a little milder that night. I also added a few desserts just for fun!

    Monday

    Breakfast – Sweet Potato Pancakes

    Lunch – Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup with Bacon

    Dinner – Butternut Squash and Beef Chili or Roasted Eggplant and Tomatoes

     

    Tuesday

    Dinner – Pesto Baked Salmon or Zesty Pork Tenderloin

     

    Wednesday

    Lunch – Vegan Apple Hummus Wrap

    Dinner – Lemon Chicken or Zesty Chicken and Rice 

     

    Thursday

    Breakfast – Pumpkin Spice Smoothies

    Lunch - Savory Dutch Baby

    Dinner – Ginger Beef Stir Fry or Ratatouille

     

    Friday

    Breakfast – Quick Breakfast Potatoes (Serve with scrambled eggs and bacon for a complete breakfast!)

    Lunch – Quick Asian Noodle Salad

    Dinner – Buffalo Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dip or Real Food Nachos

     

    Saturday
