Breakfast – Caramelized Mushroom, Onion, Kale & Quark Omelet

Lunch Balsamic, Bacon & Blue Cheese Steak Salad

Dinner – Spicy Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf or Chicken Skewers with Cilantro Pest0
