Welcome to our weekly meal plan! I’m so excited to bring you 6 days worth of real food recipes for you and your family. I hope that this list gives you some new ideas for meals. I don’t know about you but I can easily get stuck in a “meal rut”, making the same meals over and over again. Here is some fresh inspiration for you!

I only do a 6-day meal plan because most people have Sunday family traditions and don’t need a menu for that day. Feel free to mix and match! Have fun with this!

Monday:

Lunch – Heirloom Tomato and Avocado Sandwich

Dinner – Deeply Rooted Beef Stew 

 

Wednesday:

Lunch – Paleo Taco Bowl 

Dinner – Butternut Squash Gnocchi 

 

Thursday:

Lunch – Red Pepper Corn Basil Quinoa Salad 

Dinner – Cider Braised Cabbage & Apples 

 

Friday:

Lunch – Tri-Colored Potato Salad

Dinner – Crock Pot Sloppy Joes

 

Saturday:

Breakfast – Pumpkin Sourdough Pancakes or Pumpkin Pie Coconut Flour Pancakes

Lunch – Avocado Tomato Tuna Salad

Dinner – Easy Pizza Roll-ups
