My family is going grain-free for 30 days starting January 1st so you will see many grain-free recipes here. January is a good time to reset your body after the holidays and going grain-free is a great way to do this. You continue to nourish your body with real foods without harsh cleanses or detoxes that can actually lead to imbalances in the body.
