Welcome to our Real Food Weekly Meal Plan for 3/17 – 3/22! 

We have a fun holiday this week and though I am not Irish by blood, I am by marriage and those Irish roots run deep. To honor those in my family who are Irish, we cook a traditional St. Patrick’s Day meal of corned beef and cabbage with Irish soda bread. 

It’s still quite chilly in most of the country so I’m including soups this week. Soon it will be time for spring foods and we will put away our soups until the fall. In the meantime, enjoy!

I have recipes from all over the food genres this week. We have included grains, grain-free, gluten-free, paleo, etc. but as always, it’s all real food. I’ve also included some bonus recipes like sides and a few fun St. Patrick’s Day recipes.


Monday (Happy St. Patrick’s Day!)

Breakfast – Strawberry & Spinach Smoothie with Banana & Gelatin

Lunch – Split Pea & Ham Soup

Dinner – Corned Beef & Cabbage and Irish Soda Bread


Breakfast – Chocolate Coconut Granola

Lunch – Super Simple Onion Soup or Gluten Free Minestrone Soup with Quinoa Pasta & Pancetta 

Dinner – Scalloped Potatoes & Ham or Speedy Pork Pazole


Breakfast – Breakfast Pizza or Blueberry Pie Smoothie

Lunch – Beef & Cheese Taco Cups

Dinner – Pan-Fried Cumin-Cayenne Tilapia or Stuffed Peppers


Breakfast – Banana Nut Muffins or The Ultimate Breakfast Cookie

Lunch – Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls

Dinner – Shrimp Curry or Amish Baked Chicken 


Breakfast – Bosc Pear Bread or Poached Eggs over Zucchini Hash

Lunch – Creamy Potato & Leek Soup

Dinner – 15-minute Beef Goulash with Cauliflower 


Breakfast – Avocado Lime Pancakes

Lunch – Southwestern Chicken Soup

Dinner – Gluten-Free Buckwheat Pizza
