Welcome to the Real Food Weekly Meal Plan for 2/17 – 2/22!

It’s been a wild week here in the Northeast! Lots of snow! Fortunately I escaped to Florida for a few days and got a taste of spring.

I hope you like this week’s meal plan! There are great recipes included from all genres of real food.


Breakfast – Creamy Kale Baked Eggs

Lunch – Persimmon, Goat Cheese, Walnut & Arugula Salad

Dinner – Crockpot Whole Chicken Fajitas or GF Chicken Cordon Bleu


Breakfast – Grain-Free Cinnamon Granola

Lunch – Paleo Chicken Soup

Dinner – Honey Sesame Seared Salmon


Breakfast – Pick a Smoothie

Lunch – Nut & Seed Protein Bars

Dinner – Chickpea & Beef Stir-Fry


Breakfast – Oatmeal & Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Lunch – Avocado Salad with Bacon

Dinner – Homemade Paella


Breakfast – Breakfast Pudding

Lunch – Fennel and Beet Salad with Citrus Dressing

Dinner – 30-Minute Skillet Tamale Pie


Breakfast – Orange Buttermilk Pancakes with Buttercream

Lunch – Greens with Slow Roasted Beets, Burrata and Prosciutto 

Dinner – Paleo Pizza Crust (use with your favorite toppings)

    The fennel and beet salad with citrus dressing from One Beet was amazing. Used the leftover dressing on greens the day after, it was perfect. Thanks for posting!
