Welcome to the real food weekly meal plan for the week of 1/6 – 1/11. Since my family is grain-free this month, all the recipes in this week’s menu are grain-free or can be made grain-free. I hope this helps you expand your pallet and learn some new cooking skills! We are having a blast with this challenge!
