Welcome to the first meal plan in December! This year has flown by and we’ve eaten a lot of really great food over the last twelve months! This menu plan is no exception. It’s full of nutrient-dense, seasonal recipes that your body will thank you for.
A little reminder on how my family eats because I know all of you have differing dietary needs. We eat Real Food. If I had to categorize us, I’d say we are WAPF (Weston A. Price) with a Paleo tilt. We don’t eat a lot of grains anymore but we do eat them occasionally.
Not every recipe is going to fit how you may eat. That’s ok! Just sub it out for something else.
As always, we provide a 6 day meal plan. We leave Sundays free because so many have family traditions for that day.
There are bonus dessert recipes included. I know December is a month full of holiday parties and potlucks and you’ll want to be armed with some healthier options. You’re welcome:)
