Welcome to a new real food weekly meal plan! We are well into our “Grain-Free” January and doing wonderfully! We have so many recipes to choose from that it’s really been quite a culinary adventure.
If you’re new here, my family eats real food. We don’t prescribe to any particular diet unless you call real food a diet. However, I am currently under holistic treatment for adrenal fatigue and am sensitive to wheat and oats. We decided to go grain-free in this month as a kind of reset for the new year. We went grain-free last April for 30 days and loved it!
I find myself getting into a rut sometimes and making the same few meals over and over, week after week. Changing the way you eat allows for creativity and an expansion of the palate into things you wouldn’t normally cook or prepare. It is definitely an education, and a good one at that!
