Welcome to the Real Food Outlaws’ Grain Free Meal Plan for 6/23 – 6/28!

This may be my best meal plan compilation yet! I found some delicious recipes for you guys this week!

It’s a busy week for me as I prep for another Advanced Clinical Training exam and class. My amazing husband will be taking a few days off to hold down the fort at home. He’s a great cook so I don’t have to worry about the kids’ nutrition at all. I am very thankful about that!

If you are new to grain-free eating, I highly recommend looking into alternatives to bread like almond flour, coconut flour, yucca, tapioca flour, arrowroot flour, etc. Learning how to use these will help you not miss bread ever again!

Monday

Breakfast – Creamy Swiss Chard & Egg Bake

Lunch – Paleo Poke

Dinner – Pesto Chicken with Zucchini Noodles

Tuesday

Breakfast – Creamy Paleo Oatmeal or Nutrient Rich Berry Smoothie

Lunch – Asparagus, Melon, & Prosciutto Salad

Dinner – Shirataki Shrimp Stir Fry or Twice Baked Cheeseburger Spaghetti Squash

Wednesday

Breakfast – Primal Pepperoni Quiche Muffins or Breakfast Sweet Potato Baked Eggs

Lunch – Cowboy Chicken Skillet with Paleo Tortillas (this is a great make-ahead dish!)

Dinner – Fish & Chips (this recipe is for the paleo batter) or Grain Free Zucchini Lasagna

Thursday

Breakfast – Broccoli and Cheese Breakfast Muffins

Lunch – Ginger Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Dinner – Carne Asada Bowls

Friday

Breakfast – Paleo Oatmeal

Lunch – Sauteed Beef & Brussels Sprouts

Dinner – Spicy Sweet Chipotle Honey Baked Chicken Wings

Saturday

Breakfast – Paleo Rose Water Chai Pancakes with Jam or Easy Cheese and Sausage Egg Bake

Lunch – Festive Roasted Beet & Kale Salad

Dinner – BBQ Chicken Flatbread Pizza
