    Real Food Outlaws' Grain Free Meal Plan 7-28 - 8-2

    Welcome to our Grain Free Weekly Meal Plan!

    I was MIA for a week! We had our annual family beach vacation and our WiFi was spotty at best. I decided to take a week off from the blog and really enjoy my vacation.

    This week I am back into things full swing. I’ve got a 4-day work week ahead of me so I am prepping meals and getting ready for a busy week. 

     Stay tuned for some fresh, new recipes up on the blog later in the week.

    As always, I’ve included 6 days worth of grain-free meals collected from some of my favorite bloggers. I always check recipes before making them for questionable ingredients so if you see anything, just feel free to substitute.

    So many of these recipes are seriously drool worthy! The pictures make me very hungry!

    Monday

    Breakfast – Paleo Banana Muffins

    Lunch – Paleo Caesar Salad

    Dinner – Grilled Thai Beef Salad with Sesame Lime Vinaigrette

    Tuesday

    Wednesday

    Lunch – Liverwurst and Onion Stir Fry

    Dinner - Bacon Garlic Short-Rib Loaded Sweet Potatoes

    Thursday

    Breakfast – Nut Free Paleo Waffles

    Lunch – Caramelized Onion Buffalo Meatballs with Ranch Drizzle

    Dinner – Stuffed Summer Squash

    Friday

    Breakfast – Choose a smoothie – 35 Delicious Smoothies {Dairy Free & Paleo}

    Lunch – Grilled Watermelon and Halloumi Salad

    Dinner – Paleo Almond Crusted Pork Loin Chops

    Saturday

    Breakfast – Summer Breakfast at the Beach

    Lunch – Herb “Rice” Salad

    Dinner – Sticky BBQ Korean Chicken Wings
