Lunch  – Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup

Dinner – Spiralized Butternut Squash Noodles with Asparagus, Cashews, and Pomegranate

Tuesday

Breakfast – Avocado Cream Hasselback Sweet Potatoes

Lunch – Coconut Chicken Curry

Dinner – Lasagna Rolls

Wednesday

Breakfast – Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Porridge

Lunch – Roasted Butternut Squash and Bacon Soup

Dinner – Paleo Meatloaf

Thursday 

Breakfast – Duck Bacon Winter Hash (use turkey or pork bacon)

Lunch – Mason Jar “Instant” Ramen Zoodles

Dinner – Stovetop Pulled Tandoori Chicken

Friday

Breakfast – Paleo Mini Bagels (serve with smoked salmon)

Lunch – Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai

Dinner – Taco Chili Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Saturday

Breakfast – “Grain-Free Buttermilk” Pancakes

Lunch – Leftovers!

Dinner – Chicken Tortilla-less Soup
