We had a blizzard over the weekend, so I’ll be honest with you, I will be eating soup and drinking tea this whole week. If you are not a soup fanatic like me, here are some other options for meals with only a few soups thrown in. 


Breakfast – Spicy Rosemary Sausage and Potato Breakfast Hash

Lunch – Slow Cooker Taco Salad

Dinner – Roasted Garlic Soup


Breakfast – Paleo Plantain Pancakes or a Warm Winter Smoothie

Lunch – Winter Kale Salad with Pomegranate, Almond, and Cauliflower

Dinner – Cincinnati-Style Chili


Breakfast – Sweet Potato and Greens Breakfast Sauté

Lunch – Sticky Sesame Chicken Salad

Dinner – Grandma’s Hamburger Soup


Breakfast –  Kale, Bacon, and Butternut Squash Hash

Lunch – Egg Roll in a Bowl

Dinner – Paleo Eggplant Parmesan with Pork Ragu


Breakfast – Grain-Free Hemp Heart Porridge

Lunch – Seared Tuna Salad with Asian Vinaigrette 

Dinner – Paleo Spicy Pepper Wings


Breakfast – Paleo Power Breakfast

Lunch – California Turkey and Bacon Lettuce Wraps

Dinner – Paleo Buffalo Chicken Casserole
