    Real Food Outlaws' Grain Free Meal Plan 7/14 - 7/19

    Welcome to this week’s Grain Free Meal Plan!

    This week I am prepping for vacation so while I will be cooking, I am thinking ahead to what I’ll be cooking and taking with me. We’ve also got VBS, extra hours at the office, and hopefully some new blog posts to schedule for you!

    I’ve got some great recipes for you today from some of my favorite foodie friends. AIP means Autoimmune Paleo. It is a designation for those on the Autoimmune Protocol. Because a lot of my patients use my meal plans, I like to keep them as clean and food sensitive ingredient-free as possible. 

    Having to eat with restrictions doesn’t mean boring. Even if all you can eat is meal and veggies (been there, done that for a long time), you won’t starve. You just have to be creative and think outside the box. It takes willpower and determination to heal your gut and heal your life.

    Even if you don’t have dietary restrictions or are not on a gut healing diet, these recipes are pretty awesome! We paleo (or mostly paleo) peeps eat really good!


    Breakfast – AIP Breakfast Sausage Patties (with sautéed veggies or eggs)

    Lunch – Paleo Nut Bars (for a great on-the-go lunch)

    Dinner – Easy Paleo Curry Coconut Chicken


    Breakfast – Bacon Turmeric Quiche

    Lunch – AIP Butternut Squash Mac -n- Cheese

    Dinner – Chelo Kabobs with Cucumber and Yogurt Sauce


    Breakfast – Paleo Banana Bread “Oatmeal”

    Lunch – Paleo Egg Rolls

    Dinner – Slow Cooker Spicy Chicken with Grilled Peaches


    Breakfast – The Pastured Quiche

    Lunch – Asian Chicken Salad with Sesame Ginger Dressing

    Dinner – Super Easy Crock Pot Roast Beef (serve without rice for paleo)


    Breakfast – Grain Free Bourbon Peach Banana Bread

    Lunch – Paleo Carnitas on Yuca Cakes

    Dinner – Stuffed Peppers with Sausage, Veggies, and Sage


    Breakfast – Grain Free Bacon Pancakes

    Lunch – Guacamole (with cut up raw veggies)

    Dinner – Simple Ground Beef Gyros (use either my grain free sandwich wraps or personal pizza crusts [with either tapioca or arrowroot.]
