Welcome to the latest grain free meal plan!

I hope you all had a relaxing and fun Labor Day! We started our new homeschool year on Wednesday so I apologize for my lack of posts.

I have some great stuff lined up for you including cookbook reviews, new recipes, and informational articles. I may even have some guest posts for you!

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to meet two bloggers that I have learned a lot from and have been following for quite some time, Sarah Ballantyne from The Paleo Mom, author of The Paleo Approach and The Paleo Approach Cookbook, and Stacy Toth from Paleo Parents, author of Eat Like a Dinosaur and Beyond Bacon. It was a good experience, other than the fact that I am an introvert and never have anything witty or funny enough to say in those types of gatherings. I am jealous of those who know how to make a great first impression! I tend to stick my foot in my mouth!

I also met some people who get their meat and raw milk from the same farm I do, The Family Cow. I placed an order today for lots of organ meat, pig feet, chicken feet, soup bones. It’s time I started going beyond liver and expand my organ meat horizons! Plus, it’s getting cooler and time to start stocking up on stocks!

Without further ado, here are six days worth of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for you in this meal plan. If you are on an autoimmune protocol and need to substitute out recipes or ingredients, feel free to do so. This plan is meant to be a a guide to help you try new things and get out of same-old, same-old food ruts. 

Monday

Breakfast – Grain-Free Granola

Lunch – Chilled Avocado Peach Soup with Mint

Dinner – Roast Chicken with Vegetable Gravy

Tuesday

Breakfast – Paleo Eggs Benedict

Lunch – Curry Chicken Salad Lettuce Wraps

Dinner – Navratan Korma or Cuban Pulled Pork with Chipotle Mayo & Jicama Slaw

Wednesday

Breakfast – Figgy Coconut Granola

Lunch – Roasted Beet & Arugula Salad

Dinner – Grain-Free Taco Shells

Thursday

Breakfast – Pick a Breakfast (25 Paleo Breakfast Ideas)

Lunch – Sautéed Bacon & Kale with Blackberries

Dinner – Zoodle “Pasta” with Sausage, Artichoke Hearts, & Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Friday

Breakfast – Raspberry, Banana, & Coconut Water Smoothie

Lunch – Paleo Cajun Burgers

Dinner – Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken

Saturday

Breakfast – Grain-Free Banana Pancakes

Lunch – Sweet Potato & Tuna Chips

Dinner – Taco Burgers on Paleo Burger Buns with Chipotle
