I get very excited about these every week because they show that with a little planning and preparation you can eat nutrient-dense, amazing food WITHOUT grains.
I’m not saying grains are all bad, but for many people with food sensitivities and gut issues going grain free is the only way.
Going grain free isn’t for wimps. You have to make the time to cook. I often prep morning meals before bed the night before. I understand busy. I’m busy. I work outside the home, blog, have an herbal business, homeschool my 4 kids…so I get it. BUT, if you’re serious about getting healthy you have to make the time and put the effort in.
It’s worth it!
