Welcome to our Grain Free Meal Plan for 6/30 – 7/5!

It’s hard to believe we have reached the end of June already! This year truly is flying by. 

We celebrate Independence Day here in the U.S. on the 4th and I have included some recipes that you may want to try.

Many of my readers are on very strict healing diets, many are not. There is a good mix of recipes here that can be tinkered with if you can’t have fruit, or eggs, or dairy.

I try to include a variety so that at least some of them will be a good fit for everyone.

Monday

Breakfast – Baked Eggs Florentine in a Ramekin

Lunch – Cucumber Ribbon Salad with Garlic Tahini Dressing, Red Onions, Kalamata Olives and Fresh Mint

Dinner – Pulled Pork on Sweet Potato ‘Buns’

Tuesday 

Breakfast – Strawberry Spinach Smoothie with Banana & Gelatin

Lunch – Paleo Thai Style Steak Salad

Dinner – Pineapple Shrimp Stir Fry

Wednesday 

Breakfast – Grain Free Bacon Egg & Cheese Muffins

Lunch – Paleo-Monte-Reuben-Cristo Sammiches

Dinner – Zucchini Pasta with Avocado Cream Sauce

Thursday

Breakfast – Coconut Flour Pancakes

Lunch – Salmon (or Tuna) Salad on Grain Free Flat Bread

Dinner – Crock Pot Carnitas

Friday

Breakfast – Strawberry Granola Cereal (Grain Free)

Lunch – Paleo Grilled Chicken & Peach Salad with Honey Lime Vinaigrette 

Dinner – Hamburgers with Paleo Hamburger Buns

Saturday

Breakfast – Grain Free Banana Waffles

Lunch – Summer Salad

Dinner – Bacon Maple Bourbon Chicken
