15 Grain-Free Chicken Crock Pot Recipes | Real Food Outlaws

This week is Crock Pot/Slow Cooker Week at Real Food Outlaws! We will be publishing 1-2 posts daily with different grain-free crock pot recipes and then a huge roundup of 50 recipes at the end of the week. I think you will love this series!

I love crock pot cooking because you can truly “fix it and forget it”! Toss your ingredients in when you get up in the morning and by dinner time you are ready to eat with minimal effort. It’s a mother’s dream! Less time in the kitchen.

Let’s talk crock pots for a moment. I have a standard 6-quart crock pot that is not programmable (like this one). I love it and it does a wonderful job BUT,  if I had a purchase d0-over, I would definitely go for the programmable version (like this one). I’m all about convenience!

Most of the recipes you will see this week are Paleo and Whole30 compliant and many are GAPS-legal. Some do contain dairy and legumes.

First Up – Chicken!
